This policy pertains to all Table Capture versions: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox
Data storage

No data leaves your computer unless you've explicitly copied/pasted that tabular data or shared a downloaded file (Excel, CSV) from your filesystem.

Third-party Services

We may employ third party services (Google Analytics, for example) to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.


Table Capture Cloud
Google Sign-in

When you register for Table Capture Cloud using your Google account, Table Capture Cloud creates an account for you using your name and email address. This information is never shared. Your email address will only be used to send you important notifications about your account and notifications about export jobs you've scheduled.

Table Capture Cloud's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Extraction Definition Files

When you sign up for Table Capture Cloud, Table Capture will allow you to save your extraction definitions to the cloud. This allows you to perform scheduled extractions, to proxy your data to Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets and invoke other power user features.

Extraction definitions are completely private. Additionally, when they are deleted, no backups are kept.
